My old furnace died this winter, and I was dealing with a home warranty company that was taking over 12 hours to find a contractor. After freezing through the night waiting for the them to find me a contractor, the home warranty company finally allowed me to schedule my own HVAC tech, and I happened to find Krane. Beginning with the service rep they were understanding and more than willing to schedule a service call. They were easy to talk to and I shared my concerns about the home warranty company as well as unique difficulties with the job (furnace was in a cramped area and hot water tank was right in front of the only access point). I sent pictures and they admitted it looked difficult, but that the team deals with unique stuff all the time and they could definitely do the job. The techs came as scheduled and did a professional job - no complaining, cordial, friendly, and worked hard and fast. They were able to get me up and running and somehow were able to work in the cramped area without even having to move the water heater. I had the old furnace removed and new one installed and it looks great! A big thank you to the team for all their hard work.
